AIT manufactures 25/50 Smoke Safe PVC jacketing in .020 and .030 Mil thicknesses. Our standard length is 4‘ and we will make 3' lengths to order. We can supply jacketing for any pipe diameter both with and without double-sided tape (similar to 3M’s 1163). No gluing necessary unless it is installed outdoors or in a wash down environment.
Our product is packaged in a plastic sleeve before it is packed in a cardboard case. This allows for quick inventory counts and order fulfillment. The sleeve also protects the PVC from damage and contaminants.
PVC Jacketing is used for covering all flat and round surfaces such as pipes, ductwork, tanks, and other mechanical equipment both indoors and out. Jacketing is rugged, high-impact, UV resistant (white only), and vapor resistant. PVC Cut and Curled Jacketing is used for commercial, institutional and industrial applications. It is ideal for use in the food, pharmaceutical; beverage; chemical processing and similar plants where cleanliness and appearance of insulated pipes are a maintenance concern.
